- Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after completion of repair may be subject to storage fees or disposal at our discretion
5. Warranties & Liability
Device Purchases (Pre-Owned): Certified pre-owned devices sold by Sell Phone Orlando come with a limited in-store warranty covering hardware defects. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage will be communicated at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications after purchase.
Repairs: Repair services carried out by Sell Phone Orlando are warranted against defects in parts and workmanship for a limited period as communicated at the time of service. This warranty does not cover new damage, misuse, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
